“He breathed on them…”

This echoes creation—God breathing life into humanity.

This is new creation.
The same God who formed humanity is now reforming it through Christ.
So we are not just reassured—we are recreated and empowered.
The One who sends us does not send us empty. He sends us with His peace, His Spirit, and His authority.Fear may still try to speak, but it no longer has the final word.

They started behind closed doors, but they did not remain there.
And neither should we.

What step is the Spirit prompting us to take beyond our comfort?

This weekend is not a disruption. It is an invitation.

The same Jesus who stepped into a room filled with fear now steps into our lives and reminds us:
Peace belongs to us.
The Father is ours.
And we are sent.
We are not just present.
We are sent.

Holy Spirit, empower us to move beyond hesitation. Let us walk in boldness, knowing that You are with us.
