This sending is directly connected to the peace He just declared.
We are not sent to earn identity—we are sent from identity.
Jesus ministered from complete security in the Father. Now, through Him, we share in that same relationship.
Because of the resurrection, we do not go trying to prove ourselves. We go as those already accepted. We go as sons and daughters, not as outsiders.
What may feel like a disruption this weekend, as we engage the footballers on the campus is actually alignment with the mission.
Jesus entered spaces, and now we are sent into them.
Not to stand back and critique, but to step forward in love. Not just with words, and not just with actions—but with both. Mission flows from identity, not insecurity.
Are we approaching this weekend from pressure, or from the confidence of belonging?
Father, remind us that we are Yours. Let everything we do flow from that reality.
